SKYSAGE TRUST CENTER

Use SkySage Fairly And Safely.

These rules protect travelers, provider services, and SkySage infrastructure while keeping normal personal trip planning straightforward.

Current product notice · Updated July 20, 2026

Permitted Use

You may use SkySage to research and compare your own travel options, maintain your own rewards information, organize trips for yourself or travelers who authorized you, and export or print your own itinerary information.

Normal searches, edits, provider handoffs, calendar exports, and selected-photo uploads within the plan scope are expected use.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Accessing, probing, or attempting to identify another person's account or saved data.
  • Sharing access, evading plan limits, or using complimentary access for an unauthorized person.
  • Submitting malware, exploit payloads, illegal material, or content that violates another person's rights.
  • Scraping, reverse engineering, reselling, or reproducing SkySage data or decision outputs at scale without written permission.
  • Automating searches, tabs, API calls, uploads, or account actions in a way that disrupts SkySage or a third-party provider.
  • Using QuickFill or provider links to bypass a provider's security, access controls, terms, or purchase confirmations.
  • Submitting false payment information, abusing refunds, or interfering with billing events.
  • Entering passwords, full payment-card numbers, recovery codes, API keys, or private authentication tokens into SkySage fields.

Fair-Use Limits

SkySage may apply reasonable request, provider-search, upload, or storage limits to protect availability and control third-party costs. Limits should be published in the product before they affect ordinary paid-plan use.

Current account limits are 200 saved trips, 100 saved searches, 250 saved places, and 2,000 private photos or 10 GB across the account. Each trip album supports up to 500 photos or 2 GB, and each photo may be up to 15 MB. SkySage shows a clear error instead of silently discarding records when a limit is reached.

Repeated automated traffic, excessive photo storage, or provider calls far outside normal personal travel planning may be throttled or suspended while SkySage investigates. This policy does not authorize hidden reductions to a paid plan's advertised core scope.

Enforcement And Reporting

SkySage may block a request, remove prohibited content, limit a feature, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the service. Where the risk is not urgent, SkySage should explain the issue and provide a reasonable opportunity to correct it.

Report suspected abuse to security@skysagetravel.com. Do not test against another user's data or send exploit code that contains live credentials.
