SKYSAGE TRUST CENTER

Travel Decisions Should Be Accessible.

SkySage aims to make its public Value Check, Workspace, plans, and trust information usable with keyboards, assistive technology, zoom, and responsive layouts.

What SkySage Supports

  • Keyboard-operable navigation and form controls with visible focus states.
  • Semantic headings, labels, status messages, and landmarks intended to support screen-reader navigation.
  • Responsive layouts for desktop and mobile use, including one-provider-per-tap alternatives when bulk tabs are blocked.
  • Reduced-motion preferences and text layouts that can reflow as the viewport changes.
  • Printable and calendar-ready itinerary alternatives for reviewing trip information outside the Workspace.

Known Boundaries

External airline, hotel, loyalty, payment, calendar, photo, rideshare, and search pages are controlled by their providers and may have different accessibility behavior. SkySage cannot correct those external pages.

QuickFill depends on third-party page structures and browser-extension behavior. When it is not compatible or accessible, use the visible copy controls and provider's own form instead.

An independent WCAG conformance audit and assistive-technology test matrix remain release gates for broad public launch.

Report A Barrier

Email support@skysagetravel.com with the page, task you were trying to complete, browser or assistive technology, and the barrier you encountered. Do not include passwords, payment details, or private travel confirmations.

If a reasonable alternative is available, SkySage should provide it while the product issue is investigated. No 24/7 or emergency response time is promised.

Ongoing Work

Accessibility checks belong in design, automated validation, keyboard testing, screen-reader testing, mobile testing, and release review. Material barriers should be prioritized according to the task they prevent and the availability of a safe alternative.

This statement will be updated as audits, fixes, or supported-assistive-technology coverage change.
