Trip Pass
Trip Pass is a one-time purchase for one named trip. It does not renew automatically. Its 30-day access period begins only after successful payment is confirmed and the pass is activated.
Deleting or duplicating the covered trip does not move, restart, or extend the pass. A change in airfare, award availability, travel plans, or third-party provider terms does not automatically make the SkySage access purchase refundable.
SkySage+ Cancellation
SkySage+ renews yearly unless canceled before the renewal date. Use Manage Billing while signed in to open the hosted billing flow, or use the subscription-management options provided by Link.
Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not ordinarily end the paid term immediately. Keep the hosted confirmation showing the effective cancellation date. Deleting SkySage Workspace data does not cancel a subscription.
Refund Requests
Refund eligibility is handled under the seller-of-record order terms shown at checkout, applicable law, and the facts of the transaction. SkySage does not promise an automatic refund or invent a separate right that conflicts with those terms.
Use the support link in your Link or Stripe receipt for payment and refund requests. You may also email support@skysagetravel.com so SkySage can investigate an activation failure, duplicate entitlement, or account-access issue. Include the purchase date and receipt or order reference, but never send a complete card number.
Duplicate Or Unrecognized Charges
For a possible duplicate, preserve both receipts and contact Link payment support before attempting another checkout. For a charge you do not recognize, use the contact information on the receipt and your payment provider's official fraud process promptly.
SkySage may suspend associated access while a payment is reversed, disputed, refunded, or found to be unauthorized. A suspension does not prevent you from requesting export or deletion of your SkySage data where those controls remain available.
Your Legal Rights
Nothing on this page limits refund, cancellation, cooling-off, or consumer-protection rights that apply where you live. Where mandatory law gives you stronger rights, those rights control.
The operator must obtain final legal review for jurisdiction-specific cancellation windows and seller-of-record wording before broad public launch.
